Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa de los Genoveses

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

We loved the place well located, it is recently renovated and the decor makes the stay very pleasant, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and it is very clean we will return without hesitation, thanks to María and her son Juanfra they made the stay very easy thanks to both of us for being such good hosts

Daniel's place has exceptional views, especially from the bedroom. The description is quite accurate and you will find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well equipped; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

The stay at Ismael's apartment was great, a short walk from a formidable beach, private parking, good restaurants nearby, Ismael as a host was always very kind, and at all times he gave us recommendations for places etc. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Gerrit's was simply perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging and relaxing. We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

My parents and brother stayed in the apartment for a week and told me that they were very comfortable and that everything was very good, there was everything.

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. Wonderful stay in Mojacar. Quiet and family-friendly development. The house is great, very clean and with everything you need. The beach was just a few meters from the house. The pool in the residential complex is fabulous. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy, always willing to help and with a lot of detail. They made us feel right at home. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

We had a very nice time at Josefa's place. The accommodation is very well located and very comfortably furnished. The hostess was very friendly & always responded very quickly. Great recommendation!

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Wonderful stay! The communication with Chus was excellent from start to finish, she perfectly answered our questions and quickly found all the solutions to the small adjustments requested. The apartment is conveniently located and the view from the terrace is exceptional. Very nice bedding for the double bed. Bathrooms quite small but have the advantage of being two. The apartment has a private parking space at the foot of the residence. Self check-in is very nice. Thanks again Chus for everything!

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
