Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa de los Genoveses

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

El alojamiento nos encantó bien ubicado, está reformado recientemente y la decoración hace muy agradable la estancia, el sofá cama es bastante cómodo y está muy limpio volveremos sin dudarlo, gracias a María y a su hijo Juanfra nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil gracias a los dos por ser tan buenos anfitriones

Piso con todas las comodidades, localización estupenda, lugar precioso y Encarna es un encanto. Nos sentimos como en casa. Volveremos seguro y para más tiempo !

Alojamiento acojedor y muy recomendable, localizado en una zona tranquila y bonita del pueblo a dos pasos de la playa. Hemos estado muy comodos y sin duda repetiremos.

Le logement de Daniel bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle notamment à partir de la chambre. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité et on trouve toutes les commodités de la vie courante ; l'appartement est très bien pourvu ; rien ne manque. Daniel a été super pendant tout le séjour ; il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons très fortement son logement.

la estáncia en el apto de Ismael, ha sido genial, a un paso de una formidable playa, aparcamiento privado, restaurantes buenos cerca, Ismael como anfitrión fue siempre muy amable, y en todo momento nos dio recomendaciones de sitios etc.repetiremos fijo.

Alojamiento tal cual las fotos, con todos los servicios de la cocina necesarios y completos. Limpio, acogedor, sencillo y ubicación perfecta.

Notre séjour passé chez Gerrit fut tout simplement parfait en tout points de vue ! Gerrit nous a accueilli chaleureusement et est resté en contact avec nous durant toute la durée du séjour pour nous faire des recommandations et répondre à nos questions. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour de qualité. La localisation est fabuleuse pour recharger les batteries et se détendre. Cabonneras a cette période de l'année est un petit havre de paix avec la mer à quelques pas de la maison. Encore un grand merci Gerrit pour TOUT! Vous êtes un hôte exceptionnel et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dès que l'occasion se représentera 🌻

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

Mis padres y mi hermano estuvieron en el apartamento una semana y me dijeron que estuvieron muy comodos y que todo estaba muy bien, habia de todo.

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Super séjour. Pablo et Mari étaient très rapidement joignables et nous ont donné les informations nécessaires à temps.

Maravillosa estancia en Mojacar. Urbanización tranquila y familiar. La casa estupenda, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. La playa se encontraba a escasos metros de la casa. La piscina de la urbanización fabulosa. A destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con muchos detalles. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda para repetir.

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Josefa. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich & hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Große Empfehlung!

Hemos tenido una experiencia excelente en la casa de Mario. La casa tiene hasta el último detalle y está literalmente a pie de playa. Es precioso levantarte y escuchar las olas. Fuimos con mis padres y mi bebé de 8 meses y Mario trajo todo lo necesario para que mi bebé estuviera perfecto, trajo trona y cuna. ¡No nos faltó de nada! Mario está pendiente en caso que tengas cualquier duda o problema. En este lugar te aseguras una súper estancia. Nosotros repetiremos en el futuro.

Juan Antonio nos recibió con la mejor de las atenciones y se preocupó de todos los detalles. El alojamiento está al lado de la playa, en un entorno tranquilo e inmejorable para desconectar. La casa es amplia, ordenada y con una limpieza exquisita.

Magnifique séjour! La communication avec Chus était excellente du début à la fin, elle a parfaitement répondu à nos questions et a trouvé rapidement toutes les solutions aux petits réglages demandés. L’appartement est idéalement situé et la vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Très bonne literie pour le lit double. Salles de bain assez petites mais ayant l’avantage d’être deux. L’appartement dispose d’une place privative de parking au pied de la résidence. L’arrivée autonome est très appréciable. Merci encore Chus pour tout!

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
