Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

It is a 3-minute walk to the beach and supermarket 100 meters away, yoga center 200 meters away, pharmacy and taxi also 300 meters away. Diving centers just 5 minutes away, almost everything you do on foot. If you want to go on excursions there is a wide variety, as well as bike and car rental. Several restaurants.
