You’ll be staying in a traditional building with no frills (not a fancy lift, sorry!) , living in the heart of the local part of the town. The AC is located in the main bedroom, it works wonders! My casa es tu casa. It’s a family building and they are lovely. You might get a pice of cake or get invited to dinner 🍽️ As described in the listing, it’s a third floor with no lift, so while this not be a problem for the majority of the people, it’s something to consider if you have any mobility concerns. Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside.
