A very pleasant apartment with a lift to the 4th floor and easy parking. You definitely need a car to get around although parking is difficult when you reach most destinations. We were met in the car park by Paulino who was efficient with check in and provided us with water and a local speciality.

A very nice and comfortable apartment overlooking Santander Bay

Manuela is an exceptional host. She welcomes you with flowers and cakes. Her apartment is impeccably clean, very quiet and very comfortable. It is also very conveniently located. Fiber internet / wifi works wonders. We felt right at home. A big thank you for your hospitality down to the smallest details. We recommend this apartment.

What an awesome apartment. The top part of the view is stunning over to the mountains, bay, coast and the airport, and the bottom part mildly interesting with the port for the ferries coming from the UK. Though there is a sea of tarmac outside it really isn't a bother. This could be the nicest view of any apartment in Santander! The kitchen is well laid out and has everything needed. Watch your head as there is a low ceiling. The 3 bathrooms are a real bonus and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water but we avoided showering at the same time so the boiler could keep up. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. The flat is on the 8th and 9th floor and the lift is very convenient and the hallways spotlessly clean. Though there is a wide roadway outside the apartment it was quiet at night as the traffic dropped off significantly. The neighbouring flat has a resident who was quiet unless they were about to leave and put shoes on and we could clearly hear footsteps.
