An Oasis of Wellness! This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. Los Martines, Family Apartment 3

Nice apartment with panoramic and direct ocean views. Fully equipped, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment. The apartment has a double room with sea views and with full en-suite bathroom, another room with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a closet with hangers, casement windows, and curtains. The living room has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, books, WiFi, etc., and access to the private balcony where you will find a terrace table and enough seating for four people. The views are fantastic. Upstairs, there is a private sun deck with a lawn and lounge chairs. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, ceramic stovetop with range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, etc. IMPORTANT: - Beach towels included - more space in your bags!!!
