La vivienda dispone de 2 habitaciones y una sala de estar preparadas para el alojamiento de hasta 6 clientes, además de una cuna. La vivienda se encuentra a mitad de la isla y conecta con la autopista, que permite ir hasta la capital (Las Palmas) a tan solo 15 minutos y también al Sur de la isla (Maspalomas) a unos 35 minutos aproximadamente.

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Am Puls der Zeit - Tradition und Avantgarde

Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" apartamento de 120m cuadrados, situado en el acantilado, en una zona segura y tranquila! Por la noche se puede observar las luces de la ciudad. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Bright, modern and spacious apartment WITH JACUZZI located on the seafront. It has a large private terrace/solarium with privileged views of El Bufadero de La Garita and the sea. Just a 5-minute walk along a beautiful promenade you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a playground, a pharmacy, etc. Excellent location to visit any point on the island (Las Palmas 20 min, Dunas de Maspalomas 30 min) Enjoy the vacation you deserve!
