Monthly Rentals in Playa de Chipipe

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

A lovely stay. Condo as advertised and very good service. A special note to Julio for his outstanding service. We'll definitely be back.

Nice place, just a little noisy at night to sleep

Excellent location, excellent place, very clean and cozy, the only thing I did not like was the mattress in the bed of the fourth master.
