The apartment is part of the complex Aquamarina and is located on the 7th floor with elevator access from the reception. Great view of the sea and common area, as well as afternoon sun. The master bedroom has two single beds that are easily pushed together into a double bed. Good with closet space and hooks. The small bedroom has a double bed. Sofa bed for up to 2 in the living room. Completely renovated for the last 15 years, most recently with a new kitchen in 2022 and air conditioning in May 2024. Large great bathroom. Washing machine in closet on the terrace. Wifi and TV

I stayed for 8 weeks during European winter. This place became my second home and it felt like that right from the start! It’s super cozy and it really was like a friend had given me the keys to his beloved home. All clean and lovely decorated. Location is also a 10/10! It’s right in the bustling city so of course it’s not 24/7 tranquil. But for me that was totally fine and would be the case for any other apartment in Las Palmas as well. The beach promenade is literally 1 min away, lots of restaurants around, shops & gyms in walking distance, the beach… - what more can you ask for? I would definitely book again!

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, small balcony, everything tip top as in the photos in a great complex with pool by the sea. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Heinz Gasser from Switzerland

Just returned from a week in Marcos apartment. The apartment was very clean, a good space, with a fabulous view. It’s approx a 10 minute walk to the beach /harbour or 10mins in the opposite direction to the commercial centre. Theres a small amount of steps to climb going back but very doable. The infinity pool for the apartments is fabulous. The restaurant Que bein opposite the apartment & crazy horse pub are defo worth visiting . Theres a small supermarket attached to one of the other complex’s down the hill approx 150 yards from the apartment that’s handy for a bottle of water etc or local larger supermarkets only 5 mins away. Lots to do in the area but far away enough from the apartment that there’s no noise.

Staying at Isabel and Jose’s apartment was one of my best Airbnb experiences. They welcomed me in person, showed me around, and were super helpful throughout my stay. Knowing I don’t drink, Isabel even included 0% beers in the generous welcome package of juice, snacks, and coffee pods—just one example of their thoughtfulness. I spent my days by the tranquil pool, always finding a sun lounger. The apartment is packed with modern conveniences, including an LG smart TV with all the apps. Netflix is included, but I could log into my Apple TV, Prime, and Disney+ accounts, making for perfect movie nights. Everything you need is nearby, making the location as convenient as it is peaceful. This was a flawless, relaxing stay. I highly recommend Isabel and Jose’s apartment and cannot wait to return. Quite simply, it doesn’t get better than this.

Excellent stay in a lovely little apartment where we lacked nothing! Beautiful garden and a pool to cool down! able to walk to the beach, shop, restaurants, small mall across the road. Greatly appreciated to allow our furry friends 🥰🐶🐶 and very sweet gesture to bring fresh bread every morning!

Abel was a great host, fantastic communication and very helpful. The apartment was very spacious, great outdoor spaces and a very good kitchen and bathroom. Needs to be clearer that the 2 bedrooms are adjoining and the bathroom is downstairs so from the master bedroom you need to go through the second bedroom with the bunk beds to get to the lavatory. Bunk beds not suitable for very young children as it opens directly onto the spiral staircase. Only other negative comment would be that the photos are not really representative of the views directly from the outdoor spaces as the view is more over the mountains and the neighbouring bay rather than over Anfi itself. That said, we had a fantastic time and would happily return.

Tatjana apartment enjoys facing east, the morning sun means you can enjoy sunshine with your breakfast on the terrace every morning and the sun stays until about 5 pm . She has updated the shower room since our stay in 2024 with a very nice unit . Tatjana is so good at communicating, any small problem and she sorts it as quick as a flash. The apartment is at the top of the hill with lovely views over the Marina and sea, if you do not fancy walking back up the taxi is only €4, highly recommended.
