Beautiful 2-story house with spectacular barbecue on the upper floor (with kitchenette, large grill and wood oven) that opens through a large window to a beautiful garden with a spectacular 18x8 pool. Ground floor with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with closets and the other 2 with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi, 5th bedroom A very quiet residential neighborhood, where you will only hear the birds singing. Very good location, equidistant from all the points of interest in Punta del Este

Excellent house in San Rafael 3 blocks from the sea!!

Excellent house in the San Rafael neighborhood, large 1600 m2 garden, 8x4-meter pool, 3 blocks from the sea, excellent environment, very safe and quiet area. Fully enclosed house, very intimate and protected to have the greatest privacy. It is a typical chalet in the area with recycled Roman tiles and prepared for you to enjoy a nice vacation. Please note that linens and towels are not included in the stay. Real electricity and drinking water are charged separately.

This unique home has plenty of space for you to enjoy with family and/or friends. Extensive park with heated pool (FROM NOVEMBER), comfortable barbecue and children's games. You can enjoy the outdoor spaces both during the day and at night. Quiet place, a few meters from the beach. A few minutes from Punta del Este's main attractions. En-suite bedrooms, all with closets and AC, very spacious living/dining room, terrace with a view.
