The property is within walking distance of Flamingo Beach, Aqualava Water Park, the harbour and all amenities. The villa boasts a private heated pool, hot tub and a built in BBQ. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a filtered water tap (no need for bottled water), American fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.
