We have a smart lock system. We give you a key and the loss of it implies the payment of US$50 dollars. The pool and common areas are until 10 am

Our apartment is tastefully well decorated and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is on a 3rd floor, however it’s easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, modern style bathrooms, 50" Flat Smart TV with cable service, free WIFI and Netflix, A/C, washer and dryer, and private balcony with pool view. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!
