Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Playa Alicia

A small apartment with the necessities, less than a block from a mini-market and about a block from the beach. It was tidy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The host and local assistant were both friendly and helpful. The space was a great home base from which we enjoyed the beach and activities in town. Thanks, Elena!

From our warm welcome upon arrival to the farewell hugs at departure, Elisabeth and Peter were the consummate hosts. Everything that has been previously said is true to the word. Studio 2 fulfilled all of our needs and more. There was not one essential item missing. Elisabeth is not a Superhost. She’s a Superior Host.

it's a beautiful place big rooms comfortable beds comfortable furniture big balcony very beautiful the outside makes you feel like a vacation right on the water private beach. I highly recommend you in this place. and friendly workers. they take care of you till the last minute your there .

The place was very clean and smelled nice.5 minutes walk to grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach.the pool was also nice and we felt very safe with the 24 hour security Sterling,friendly and very helpful during check in,host was quick to respond as I was sick and couldn’t leave the place,very helpful and friendly also.. overall I had a great stay,el Carey,hippo bar,and sola mio great place to eat and clean.. no need to cook during our stay.I would definitely come back and stay here on my next trip.

Wow! It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves. Huge balcony, spacious, well equipped condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. 2 km walk along the beach to the centre of Cabarete (good grocery store). So many great restaurants, all within walking distance. We have stayed at five other complexes in Cabarete and Seawinds is hands down the best. Beautiful big pools, well maintained gardens, clean shared facilities, friendly people and very good security. The only negative is what the construction next door, towards Kite beach has done. They have pushed dirt and rocks so far forward that it has cut off a safe walk along the beach over to Kite Beach. Hopefully it’s in the plans to create a path and some stairs up over the rocks to better access Kite Beach. There are some great restaurants and bars there. Thanks Luis for sharing your condo with us and the excellent communication during our stay.

Amazing location! Great communication! Check in was clear and not difficult but could have been smoother. This part was communicated a head of time and I was anticipating it to be slightly more difficult than anything else! I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again! Also allowed a late check out last min! Great team

Vielka is an incredibly responsive and polite host, making the stay even more enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning, offering a variety of great amenities. My only minor complaint is that the pool closes a bit earlier than expected. However, everything else was fantastic! The place is spotless, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

the pool and the grounds around the pools made this place special. the unit itself has what is needed. 10-15 minute walk and you have ample dinning options. I would definetely return if available at a good price.

it was a really nice looking place and the floors where perfectly cleaned. I really liked it and I would stay again. it was in a great place with a lot of restaurants on the main street. the little cafeteria to the right is the best place to have breakfast in the morning I would really recommend that place

Excellent, very good service, everything was organized and clean.

We had a lovely stay at Zenaida. The house was beyond of what we expected. very clean, big and with all the necessities. one of our better stays in the D.R. the only thing could be said about the street(s), it was pretty nearow and parking wasn't easy. but great and friendly neighbours. Great value for money. we will stay again.

Enjoyed our month here. It's located on a peaceful and safe plaza right beside the beach. Christopher is a very genuine and responsive. I didn't get the cleaners name but she's also exceptional. I highly recommend getting up early to watch stunning sunrises on the beach! All the best guys!
