Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

The house was lovely. A little hard to find but once there things like the pool and lush setting didn’t disappoint. Definitely don’t leave food out. There are bugs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

I was here for a week, Hilary is a very kind host. The contact with her and her manager went smoothly. The view is beautiful, the pool is well maintained. Internet is very good, which is not a given with an airbnb. security very friendly, I felt very safe. The furnishings are a bit older, but fully serve their purpose. Especially for this price, I highly recommend it 👍

Great place for lovers and friend groups. I took amazing pictures. the only issue I had was the tide. the beach was too strong and there was no way for us to get in the beach. But, that's out of the host's control. I would stay again, regardless of the tide. The cleaning fee is exorbitant and way too much. but, besides that. Great place. loved my stay, my friends and girlfriend as well. I would 100% come back.

This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had such an amazing stay at this condo! It was everything we hoped for and more. The location is super convenient, just a quick drive to both Sosua and Cabarete, close to everything you might need while you’re there. The condo itself is beautiful, super clean, and really well taken care of. The beds were comfy! we all slept great! The whole property feels peaceful and safe, with on site security which was a big plus. The pools are absolutely gorgeous, and the onsite restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was so delicious. Every meal felt like a treat. Check-in was a breeze. Christina met us when we arrived, showed us around, and was really helpful. The hosts were quick to respond and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Honestly, we loved everything about this place. Whether you’re looking to chill by the pool, hit the beach, or explore the area, this condo is the perfect spot. Already dreaming about coming back.

This apartment was very refreshing and within a nice neighborhood. The balcony view of the ocean was extremely peaceful and had great sunrise views each morning. Stefan was extremely helpful, even in late hours of the night, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. I highly recommend!

This is a very nice place. I have been in this community before and you can't go wrong with any of these places under the Hispanola umbrella of communities. The ac is cold, the water is hot, and the toilet has a strong flush. The washer and dryer worked fine as expected. The front door lock is key access instead of an automated pin code which i prefer. The price is on the higher end for a 1 bedroom condo that is close to the nightlife, but isn't really walkable due to traffic. On the other hand, security, serenity, and relaxation are among the best. 👍🏾

This is my new favorite place to stay! Pablo is incredibly friendly, and does everything he can to make clients happy. He’s a wonderful apartment manager. Ivan is friendly. I greeted him almost every day. The air con works great, too!

I had a great experience with this booking. Merika, my host, was very helpful and very responsive when needed. Bathroom water was great temperature and Air Conditioning worked well. Quiet area and full of relaxing. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hands down the best airbnb i stayed at! Everything was super nice and clean exactly like the pictures, will definitely book again! Its well located, close to the city and the beach and a lot of things to do nearby! The host was really easy to reach too and super helpful!

HOST: Alexander was great. I booked months in advance and he stayed in contact all the way up until I checked in. Alexander was Always available for recommendations or advice. Locations: Great location for those wanting to be close to most entertainment in Sasua. Walking distance to main entertainment is subjective. 15-20 min walk or 3-5 min drive to most of the entertainment including beaches. I appreciated the security and covered garages. Location is away from the hustle of the main strip as well as quiet and relaxing. Highlight recommend and I will be reserving my next two (2) trips at the Rizz!! Thanks Alexander! I had an amazing time!!
