Stunning: Loft 4 @ The Burton Building

Stunning & spacious 1 bed apartment, Features Air Con and a full, modern kitchen & bathroom, and 75 inch TV. Just 2 mins from the A19 motorway, so an ideal location for anyone visiting the North East for work or pleasure! This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access.
