Kira's apartment is close to the beach, it is well maintained and well equipped. Kira and her friend Gudrun were always available for questions and were very friendly and accommodating. On another visit to Warnemünde, I would request the apartment again.

Very well equipped apartment with practically everything you need in the household. The beds are excellent. The apartment is clean, the interior modern and comfortable. The apartment is well located with good views. We really enjoyed our time at the apartment. The pictures on the website show what it really looks like.

The apartment was, as expected from the pictures, very nice, modern, large and well furnished. We felt immediately comfortable, slept well and will be happy to come back again.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable, the apartment is very lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Hand soap, sufficient dishwashing tabs, baking paper, salt, pepper, … were available, which I personally always appreciate very much. In addition, there were also some toys available. We were completely satisfied and would come back any time. The contact with Anna-Maria was very friendly and we received a quick response to all questions. Thanks for that!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed in a very friendly and competent manner. Sebastian reported very punctually and was immediately responsive. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, has all the things that are needed (and more). The price is absolutely reasonable! We spent some very nice days and nights there. The apartment, the complex and Sebastian as a landlord are highly recommended! Thanks for the beautiful ambience!

We really enjoyed the tranquility here and also did a few nice bike rides. Very nice stay and nice location.

The place is nicely located, close to the lake. Everything you needed was there, very clean and tidy without "grubby corners" . The furniture was nicely coordinated, no indiscriminate throwing together of grandma's old dining table and discarded tablecloths/towels :-) and other things. We felt right at home and enjoyed the time very much. In summer, it is certainly even more beautiful, with use of the terrace, barbecue and the proximity to the swimming area. Anke was always and quickly accessible, patient and helpful so absolutely recommended. Whether you end up quarreling with the cleaning fee, everyone has to decide for themselves, that is similar in many accommodations, but still different.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

The place was super clean and exactly as stated in the description. The location is top – perfect to easily reach everything. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The landlord was totally friendly and easily accessible at all times. Clear recommendation!

A very nice, clean house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Communication with Nicole was nice and productive. The area is very quiet, and there are also many seating and lying options in the garden. Everything was great. We will be happy to come back.

These were wonderful days in Schwerin in Lisa's beautiful apartment. She is an extremely nice and always helpful host who gives good tips. Her garden is really a dream and the apartment with the (very small) balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Ostorf. The apartment is well equipped, although the bed creaked a little. The shower curtain is a small flaw, as it either sticks to the body in the tub, or you let it go with the risk of wetting the bathroom a little. All in all, a really recommendable apartment and hostess.

We had a very nice time at the Pelle property. The property has everything you need and is very cozy. We even spontaneously extended a day. Highly recommended

Kathrin was very nice and provided us with all the important information about our stay, so everything was super easy and straightforward. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The central location is also great.

We felt very comfortable in Regina's apartment. It is beautifully and practically furnished and it really has everything you could think of and need. We enjoyed swimming in Lake Bosow right by the house and paddling around with our kayak. At the lake, we enjoyed the tranquility. The only downside is the noise level from the road that passes by the house, but through which you also have a quick connection in all directions.

We enjoyed the time in Elke's apartment very much! Cozy and has everything you need. The location is great too - especially with the kids it was nice to be right by the creek and so close to the Tollensesee with the many playgrounds. The fact that a shop is almost right next door was also extremely convenient. In addition, Elke is simply a very likeable, attentive hostess. All in all highly recommended! We were in Schwerin for 8 days and stayed as a family in Tobi's apartment. Although there were 5 of us, we had enough space and above all the living/dining area is mega large and cozy. You could have easily spent more time there without getting on each other's nerves.😉 The whole stay was totally relaxing and Tobi was always responsive as a host. Everything was super organized - the easy check-in/out, there was a folder with a lot of information and you were super informed. We have rarely received such a perfect "guide" to living😊 The apartment itself is very modernly furnished and you feel right at home. There was everything you need, incl. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bed linens, towels and a small welcome! The location is great, you are right on the lake, there is a nice playground right next door and you can quickly walk to the old town. We enjoyed the stay very much and would come back any time😊

Accommodation was as described and shown on the photos, and Fernando is a really nice person. Recommend
