We had a great time - the apartment was wonderful and really cosy. The sauna in the main building was also great. Note that there is quite a noisy and big dog right next door - but he was quiet during the night.

A great place to relax by the sea. A quiet place. Parking. Large apartments. For a large and small family, I highly recommend it!!! Thank you!!!!

Much too short was the little break (Friday to Sunday) with a friend in Stintje's house. The house, the decor, the terrace = great!! You can do a lot, e.g. hike around the lake, bike ride to the Elbe or to small beautiful places... or just sit on the terrace with tea or wine and in summer just jump into the lake. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment has a very nice location between the lagoon and the Baltic Sea. From the balcony you can really look at Haff and the Baltic Sea. It is very quiet despite restaurants, as they close relatively early. There is also no street noise in the evening, as this area is only used by residents. The apartment is designed for two and well equipped. Most of all, we enjoyed the evenings on the small balcony.

The house is as described. There is everything you need. The price is already intense. But you know that before. Check-in and communication was straightforward and friendly. All in all, OK.

Our short break in the house was really nice. The house was very well equipped and really stylishly furnished. The hosts were very quick to reach and responded to the requests. We will be back :)

We were completely satisfied. A great house with comprehensive amenities in a great location. And the communication with the hosts was personal, fast and always accommodating.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is very modern and chicly furnished, super-clean. The reception was nice and the resort offers a lot for children. We would have liked a slightly better kitchen equipment (small Forks, salt and pepper, etc.) In addition, it would have been nice for dog owners if there was information in advance that the dogs are not allowed in the gastronomic areas.

Amazing place for holidays with children. It is not only beautifully located but also full of attractions for children such as playground, indoor and outdoor pools etc. The only drawback is poor contact with host, impossible to reach by phone, takes long time to answer, yet I would visit again.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

Very nicely furnished apartment. The location right on the beach is great and we were able to do a lot (Heiligendamm, Gespensterwald, etc.). Communication with Uwe was also great! We can definitely recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in Claudia's "Casa Mar y Sol" from the beginning! It is cozy and lovingly furnished, beautifully bright and equipped with all the essentials. The bed with the super mattress, the wonderfully fresh-smelling bedding and the mosquito net on the window ensured a good night's sleep. Due to the quiet location, we were also able to relax wonderfully on the terrace - on the other hand, we were at the harbor and the beach in just three minutes - optimal! We can also highly recommend Claudia as a host. She was always very friendly, helpful and attentive, responded quickly to requests. We will be happy to come back!

A nice, cozy apartment with great terrace and garden. Great to start the day or to enjoy the evening sun again in the evening! The location is really great... just along the street or through the park and you are by the sea. Just great, especially with a child. Baker in the village, restaurants and a bike rental. The two playgrounds in the village are also very nice and easy to reach. The apartment is neat and clean. Some dishes were not quite clean and had to be washed again by hand or in the dishwasher. But everything else was great. The booking with the laundry package also worked great and the beds were already made at check-in. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation to spend beautiful summer days on the Baltic Sea. Very child-friendly and well-equipped. Julia is super sweet and friendly. Responds quickly to messages and comes across as very competent. Thank you for everything!

We had a super nice time at the place! I was there with my girlfriend and her two girls – it was totally relaxed and cozy, enough space for everyone and everything really clean and tidy. You felt right at home. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, perfect for relaxing days by the sea. Would definitely come back!

The Mathea beach house is located in the first row on the beautiful Fleesensee (great sunsets). Especially the large bathroom and the comfortable beds are great. It has reading material (adult literature, children's books and various board games) as well as many brochures with excursion opportunities. Thanks for the chocolate eggs as a welcome gift. We made various excursions to Waren, to Lake Krakow (observation tower for sea eagles, fish eagles, etc.) and to the island of Rügen. We had a great meal at the Don Camillo restaurant in Malchow. The Mecklenburg Lake District is really worth seeing (flora and fauna).

The accommodation incl. garden are very nice, well maintained and private. Especially for small children, the covered terrace, the swings and the sandbox are wonderful. You can also lock the property through the large gate, which makes it even more relaxing for the parents. The (albeit small) beach can be reached quickly on foot and even includes a playground, public toilets, a volleyball court and a bistro. In the latter you can get rolls in the morning, which is good, because unfortunately the local consumption is closed. In the upper part of the village there is a great free outdoor gym. The horse farm is also easy to walk. As a note for families with small children: in the evening it was sometimes quite noisy at the neighboring equestrian farm accommodation until about 10 pm. However, the landlords even took care of it and even called. Heidrun and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

It's a nice cottage in a great location. We were 4 adults and one toddler - was a great fit! A love and solution-oriented communication took place between the landlords and us. In the nearby area is everything you need: the Fleesensee (within 3-5 minutes), restaurants (there can also be picked up rolls for breakfast) and also shopping.

The house is a dream. The photos exactly match the ones on the site. The terrace is what I really liked. Very well arranged and extremely comfortable. I loved it. Functional kitchen. We did not use the sauna. It was too hot outside. We preferred to swim in the lake, accessible in a 2-minute walk. I would highly recommend this home. We enjoyed this weekend. Thank you

Kerstin and her husband are super friendly. It was fun talking to them. They explained everything to us very well and the apartment was neat, clean and had everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and we slept like on clouds. Thank you for this nice little vacation.
