Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.
