A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

She received us at the property and we felt like home. She was sweet and briefed us about the place, surrounding and amenities well. The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. We were particularly impressed by the super-equipped kitchen – ideal if you like to cook yourself. We felt comfortable during our stay and were able to enjoy the time in the Bavarian Forest in a relaxed way. Communication with the host Sandra was straightforward and helpful. Her tips on hikes and destinations in the area were very useful. Overall a nice stay, which we can definitely recommend.
