Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). The apartment is on the 2nd floor of Villa Auguste, a building from 1890 and attracts not only with the 20 sqm covered evening sun terrace overlooking the Storchennest. Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Simply beautiful, clean accommodation, made with great taste and high quality materials! The place is quiet, in the countryside, with lots of things to see nearby. Regula thought of everything: tea, coffee, oil, spices, paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry... you won't miss anything! Regula and Beat made us taste traditional breads called 'Semmel' homemade, simple and tasty. Their hospitality and kindness are truly extraordinary. Recommended!

RIGHT! The accommodation is very nice and close to the center. Everything is very well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable! Annegret and Robert are very welcoming and attentive. If you need to come to Deggendorf, this is the place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful week at Elisabeth's place. I needed a quiet, peaceful week, and the flat and surrounding area were perfect for that. The flat had everything I needed, the views out the window were just lovely, and it was wonderfully quiet and still. It was also well-situated to do some exploring in Upper and Lower Bavaria. If you need a quiet getaway on your own, I highly recommend Elisabeth's place!

We had a trip from UK to Hungary. Helmut has a perfect location for overnight stay, close to the motorway but far enough to have a quiet night sleep. Close by shops and petrol stations are very handy as well. Highly recommended.
