Curt and Alisa are excellent hosts. Their property is immaculate. It has an old Victorian charm with upgraded comforts. We loved the older periodicals as well as the dog books. They have an attention for details that shows well. We felt right at home with our morning coffee by the fireplace. Cookies and muffins were such a nice touch. We felt like we were in our own space, never felt like they encroached upon our privacy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing such a warm friendly environment.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago for our daughter's birthday. This year we were thrilled to see it was available again! the only thing we were disappointed about was the construction of the boathouse which we weren't aware of until we got there. Otherwise it was a great overnight stay and will always recommend others to stay here!

This was our third time saying here. We always feel comfortable and it’s very close to my sister’s house, so it’s very convenient for us. Tomas is always very responsive and gives clear instructions for check-in. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again!

SUCH a restful place! Quiet and peaceful, with fabulous natural light. Love the personal touches that Shirley adds to the space… a light left on and a pitcher of cool water waiting for us. The bed was comfortable for both of us. We will book with Shirley again!

I was passing through for the night so April & Natalie’s place was the perfect landing spot. They did a great job of communicating with both the instructions and food recommendations downtown. Their space was very clean, comfortable, and the shower was great! I will certainly stay again the next time I visit Lincoln.

Very comfortable sweet place. The privacy is the best, knowing that they live upstairs but it’s so quiet and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The little private patio was one of my favorite things there it was a bit cold when I went out to Iowa but the little fire in the patio was 100% amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going out to Iowa. Anna was so respectful and helpful there was a point where I couldn’t get in because I accidentally locked it the wrong way and she was so quick and responsive to help me out!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as pictured, and we were blown away by its cleanliness and coziness. The amenities were great, and our host was super responsive and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at the, appropriately named, cozy suite! After sight seeing in/around Omaha it was so nice coming home to this spot nestled in the woods and away from the city! Everything we needed and wanted was provided and then some. Such thoughtful touches made the stay feel like home away from home for all of us, including the kids!

Stayed in Iowa City on our way to the Quad Cities and this was perfect! Michelle was super helpful and always communicative. She had a guest book and it was fun to see how long she'd been hosting and how lovely each guest's stay was. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the treats that were left for us . Kelsey also brought me more sweets for Easter !! Which she makes !! My pups enjoyed all the bunnies around the area . Very comfortable for the 2 weeks I was there. Close to restaurants, Target , tjmax , Walmart , gas stations, interstate. Would stay here again !!

I stayed here one night while hiking the Wabash Trace trail. The little bunkhouse was just as described - pretty small but didn’t really feel like it. It had everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and responsive, and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay and once again it did not disappoint! Beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. We loved every minute.

We had such a wonderful time at this home! We were looking for a place to unwind for a weekend and the outside space and amenities provided just that. No need to leave, unless you want to venture out. Plenty of space to sit outside, fishing, kayaks, and a great hot tub! The inside was clean, spacious and had plenty of supplies. Julia was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly! Looking forward to going back in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing pool!
