Vacation rentals with lake access in Platteville

Everything was exactly what she said it would be. She was very helpful and responsive before during and after the place is beautiful very comfortable everything was perfect.

Being from Kansas City and needing to venture northland for a funeral in the Tarkio/Westboro/Rockport area, our host took away any anxiety we had about the geographically unknown area. Our host made it so easy to find, the property was remodeled beautifully and the comforts and decor allowed us to take our concern away from where to stay and concentrate on why we were there, for our beautiful family friend that recently passed. Our hearts were heavy, but our surroundings felt like home with all the comforts of such. We slept so well, felt 100% safe, and all the furniture was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for everything and if we ever want/need to stay in the area, this will be our first choice!

The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our trip! It was clean and there were lots of extras to enjoy. The best part was definitely the patio and view! Thank you!

This house was beautifully located right near Little Swan Lake. We had no problems finding it. The hot tub was great. Added to the wonderful view of the lake at night. Though it was just two of us most nights (two of our grandchildren stayed one night) there are plenty of beds and space to sleep a group. We had family over a couple of times for dinner and a cookout on the grill. Our hosts were great about contacting us back when we had questions. The downstairs was very spacious and had a nice-sized bathroom (which was good as we had a tornado come through the area and we felt very safe and secure there.) Power went out for 15 hours. Neighbors were nice and very friendly and even brought over candles for us. When the electricity came back on, all of our food in the fridge and freezer were still cold/frozen, which we were very impressed with. Thank you, Nick, for sharing your place with us. Perfect place for our large family getaway. Julie was fast to respond to any questions or issues. Would definitely stay again if going there with a large group. We did need to get up rather early to get all the sheets and towels washed and dried, took about 3 hours to be able to leave waiting to get them all finished.

Stayed a week, had everything we needed to get by to make Thanksgiving Dinner for our son and his friends. Beautiful and quiet, close to Seward and Walmart. Had a great stay. Daniel and Stella

Wonderful, very relaxing lake home. Large home, plenty of beds and big kitchen with lots of seating for our family gathering of 13. loved the big park across the street. Great location for attending events at Wartburg College, just 20 minutes away.

I booked off reviews, main reason for stay was visiting family for a very busy weekend. Unfortunately did not utilize all the perks of rental. The bed is wonderful!! Dont hesitate to book. Thank You!

A perfect little apartment for a long weekend.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

Matt was great and very helpful. It was a very nice place, but it wasn’t very convenient to get to for unloading and loading our bags and supplies. Great view. Nice grassy area off the patio. Parking was not great. Overall a thumbs up.

We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s condo in Okoboji with our 3 kids. Great view of the water, easy access on ground floor, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and has everything you need! The kids enjoyed using the Spike Ball game outside. The fire table outside is a nice plus for chillier days. Highly recommend choosing Janie’s condo!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view out on the patio. This fit our family trip with 6 adults and 3 kiddos perfectly with plenty of space for the kids to play.

We loved our stay at this adorable little cabin. The view of the lake was beautiful, the open living area was great for hanging out, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. I will definitely look at staying here again in the future for another relaxing weekend!

Amy’s home was perfect for our trip. It’s very clean and cozy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Talk about last minute booking and an amazing host❤️❤️❤️. Our stay was more than we ever hoped for. Milk House is a very unique Airbnb. We loved our stay and all the extras. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the most hospitality. Love the fresh eggs, coffee and the farm animals. The location was prefect. We biked during the day and return to a nice quiet/relaxing place. Thank you for creating a beautiful place to sure with the world❤️ Brian and Janis

This home is wonderful and worth the stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet location minutes from amenities. Sara was extremely accommodating to an extended stay and very responsive to any questions. I will be looking for this place again for future stays and I cannot recommend it enough.

My husband and I have stated here when we want to get away from the hustle and bustle of our big family and very busy life. It’s a gorgeous getaway, and was absolutely stunning this fall with the colorful leaves. The house is wonderful and has everything you need. So warm and friendly. Thank you, Nick and Shannon!

Perfect place and excellent location for our one night stay for a wedding. Cold air conditioner, great smelling linens, and super clean and organized. Highly recommend this cabin and will use again.
