Great spot for a weekend stay! The location was convenient and we were within a short walk of food and entertainment downtown. The unit itself was spacious and clean. We will stay here again!

The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Travis's place was wonderful! I was just stopping through for the night on a roadtrip back home and this was perfect! Travis had amazing and detailed instructions that were very helpful, especially since I arrived at night! I would recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay , the apartment is very comfortable and has everything one may need. Easy check in , great communications , no issues ...we would stay again in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed in this building a couple times now. It has a great location close to the historical Haymarket District, which we love we would stay here again.

We were here for a “Girls’ Weekend” and it was perfect! Plenty of room for us. Super comfy. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Many “extras” such as throw blankets, room diffuser, tea assortment, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Beautiful space and easy driving to local shops and restaurants. Maybe a bit pricey, but well-appointed; spacious, clean, comfortable and sweet “home away from home”! Thank you, Michelle!!

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

I booked Kyles place at 9:30 @ night, thats pretty last minute, didnt phase them, even when i had a hard time figuring out how to get the keys out of the lockbox, Kyle answered and got me right in, it was beautiful and peaceful, just what i was looking for, thank you Kyle :)

Loved the condo, very clean, well appointed & within walking distance to Haymarket. Morgan was also great to work with!

Justin's place was perfect for my stay. It was downtown, skywalk accessible, close to event center, restaurants, grocery store, etc... The only thing that was confusing was getting in and finding the apartment. I'd never been there before. I got a little thrown off by the entry description: "When you enter the lobby you'll see the elevators behind a glass enclosed entrance. Go to the door and enter the passcode for access to the elevator." The elevator glass entrance actually uses an RFID keychain reader and the passcode given is used for the outside sidewalk entrance on the east side of the building. Then when I got to the floor off the elevator there are a bunch of blank doors (I assume this was an old hotel) that don't have any room numbers on them, so I was a little confused if I was in the right spot. I didn't walk far enough down the hall to realize that multiple rooms had been converted to apartments and that there are only about 3 doors on the floor that are used.

If you're looking for a peaceful stay for the entire family, THIS is the place. It's close to Denver and the nearby scenic towns (such as Golden, Boulder or Idaho Springs). But the house itself has so many things to keep you entertained as well. Spices cupboard is a definite standout! Overall we felt at home and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amy was very good at communicating the day of arrival and checking in to make things are going well. The property was in a great neighborhood. The basement and outside space and activities/toys exceeded expectations. Kitchen and living space was as described and we moved things around for more space. TV access and available channels were above expectations. Would go again and was an above average experience for us.

It was a lovely place. Very accommodating. Plenty of room for the children and my dog.

This home worked out well for my friends and I to stay the night when we came to town for a wedding! Katherine was very accommodating of our schedule & she was very quick with communication!

The home feels just like home. It’s cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit on a pleasant evening. The host was responsive to my questions and left a binder with additional information. The couch was great for lounging Sunday morning.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted extra room to be able to relax. We were able to have some home cooked meals, the kids were able to burn off steam, and everyone got a good nights sleep! Hosts were prompt and friendly with a water heater issue and were flexible with our checkout time when we got tournament details late in the evening. Would recommend and stay again!

Definitely a great home to stay at . Very comfortable looks just like the pictures .
