Very beautiful home, the pool has the best view in Dallas. I can't even describe how awesome this place was!

Everything we wanted to do was only a short walk away! Great location. It also was set up to easily access the public transport. The apartment was clean and the view was amazing. We will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable Stay— I recommend I had a fantastic experience at this BnB! The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The space was beautiful maintained, clean , and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was cozy, and location was perfect to commute, making it easy to explore . Overall, this stay was everything I hope for , I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Dallas, Tx.

Had a great time! My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend in Dallas and loved the vibe of Uptown and how walkable it was. The area was amazingly clean and modern for a big city. We did struggle with not enough guest parking (not really their fault and only on weekend nights) and there wasn’t available parking on the street but we ended up with free street parking just a couple streets over. Nice since the city is so walkable.

Jessica was an outstanding host - responsive communications, sometimes a response within minutes! Clear instructions and she came and met me to give me the keys and explained how to get in and where things were. The venue is delightful and full of great features including a gym and wonderful pool area whilst the apartment had all the modern conveniences you could want. Just perfect for my visit to Dallas and highly recommended.

This quiet and clean spot was perfect for my work buddies and I. Great location to Love Field, food nearby, parking was perfect! The aircon was so helpful with how humid the region gets and the beds were some comfortable, we all almost missed our flights with our comfortable our stay was. Would definitely come back!

Tanto Cristopher como el alojamiento increíbles, el apartamento tenía todo. Solo faltaba una cama y más elementos de cocina, cuando le comenté a Cristopher al otro día nos mandó un juego completo de cocina y una cama nueva. Siempre predispuesto y respuestas instantáneas. Kay place was nice and looked like the pictures. It was clean and she was very responsive to any question we had. The only thing that she did not mention was it is 5 dollars a day to park at the apartment and we had 2 trucks there so we had to remember to log in and pay. Not a big deal or a deal breaker just would have been nice to know. If you like the lake and the bass pro shop its great and it close to othe attractions. We will stay again

I had a wonderful stay at Brick & Ivory Waters! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for my son’s graduation dinner party. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Great stay in the Richardson/Garland Area! My family of 14 fit extremely well with lots of extra space around the home!

The house was great, just like the pictures. Very clean and smelled great! Had everything we needed and was located in an area pretty close to downtown and lots of activities. It was so great I really didn’t have to communicate with the host! Would stay again!

Lourdes went above and beyond when our original reservation was cancelled to make sure our trip was uninterrupted. Great house and location, felt very private!

A WONDERFUL home in Dallas. We (me, my partner, and our dog) loved everything about it. The backyard was spacious but private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. We spent hours reading under the gazebo. And that's just the backyard! The inside is similarly lovely. Great, open layout. A couch that's immensely comfortable. And a nice new shower. Last, but not least, we felt close to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens, the lake, and a host of restaurants. We had a lovely time for the week.

It was a very nice stay stress free. The room was in the host apartment. Never had a problem, had privacy, and our own bedroom in the room. Bed was comfortable. The ac was great to combat the Texas heat. Host was fast to respond when we needed in the gate. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
