One of the best AirBnB we could do. The apartment was naughty and very nice (beautiful view). The equipment is perfect. The environment was great, very quiet, with a park right next door. Bernard is very friendly and very responsive. If we need a place to stay in Toulouse again we will come back to Bernard's place without hesitation!

9-min walk from Toulouse Matabiau train station. Very quiet community. There are a lot of restaurants close to the station. Maries was very proactive and provided very clear instructions before we arrived. She is also very responsive as well! Wifi is extremely fast on 1st floor.

Brilliant base for our weekend in Toulouse. The location is excellent near to Cannes where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as nice independent shops. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend. The apartment is on the third floor and bedroom is up stairs within the apartment which may not be suits able for everyone

The apartment could not be better located. Very close to the main attractions in Toulouse. The area was full of shops, restaurants, small cafes, supermarket, public parking, ... Everything! As far as the place is concerned, it was spotless. The right size for two people. Very comfortable, with a careful and adequate decoration, quiet, with air conditioning that is appreciated in summer, in addition, it has a small terrace ideal for a quiet breakfast. Communication with Valérie has always been very fluid and friendly. He was always looking out for us and our arrival was as best as possible. He also helped us with helpful local information. This apartment is a very good option if you come to visit Toulouse. We if we come back, we are clear that we will repeat. Thank you Jerome and Valérie for making our stay very pleasant.

We just spent a wonderful weekend in this apartment, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The place is not only very nice, but it is also perfectly equipped to accommodate our whole family. The apartment was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the apartment as it provided all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. The decorations are bright and colorful which adds a spark to the apartment. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare all types of culinary experiences. There were numerous electrical appliances available that we do not use during our 12 day stay. The location provides a short walk to the Capitol area and multiple restaurants, stores and markets. A 15 minute walk takes you to almost any of the churches and historical sites within the old city. Having electronic controlled entrance, elevator that needs a fob to operate, we felt secure during our stay. The owners were accessible and easy to contact.

There were four of us (including two children) and we had a pleasant stay at Thomas's apartment. The location is ideal, right in the center next to Place du Capitole and easily accessible by metro while still being quiet. The apartment is carefully decorated and it feels good. We would not hesitate to return for another stay in Toulouse!

The accommodation is new and tastefully furnished. It is very functional even if the area is not very large for 4 people. The balcony is a plus. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is large. Small businesses near the accommodation are appreciated. We had a great time and will gladly come back again. Blandine is responsive and attentive. 👍
