Amazing view of the sea. conveniently located accommodation, beach, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Access to the city center in 7 minutes by car.

Very good place and a super nice host

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

We stayed for an EVJF one night in this very nice little house! The neighborhood is super quiet, the house is super soundproofed, we hadn't noticed in the listing but there is a very nice sea view when you have breakfast on the terrace in the morning! Corentin was very responsive. Thank you very much! I recommend 100%

We stayed in St Raphael and it was a great location. The terrace view is breathtaking and we have had lovely leisurely time there. This is great coast to explore and many beaches with various styles to please your needs of the day. We have had a great time!

Once again a wonderful stay hosted by Pierre and Dom having stayed previously at another of their properties. A small miscommunication was encountered upon arrival but the speed in rectifying this was exemplary. Everything in the house was as described and peace and tranquility of the location was outstanding and it was a beautiful place to unwind. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and offering a sumptuous slice of escape in this ever maddening world.

Cute house in a perfect location.

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

Had a great stay at Bruno's place. He gave us great tips for the area and was very present and helpful. The place was a dream, the garden & pool beautiful. Perfect stay in St. Tropez.

We wanted to thank Christophe and Stéphanie for this wonderful week we spent. Everything was there! From the cleanliness of the house to the recommendations for walks in the surrounding area. Christophe is very responsive to the slightest question. We'll be back no worries!

We had a great holiday in the house. It is very comfortably furnished and clean. We didn't miss anything. The location was also very good. You can walk to the beach and Port Grimaud without any problems. The pool and outdoor area are also very nice. However, it is less suitable for small children, as the artificial turf becomes very hot. The contact with Rodolphe and his team went smoothly. They were very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the house and would love to vacation there again at any time.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

We had a magical time here! The home is beautiful with spectacular views, quirky charm, a spacious terrace with an ocean breeze and shady spots to relax. We took advantage of the water toys and access to the sea with my adventurous 5-year-old. Who had the best time. The hosts were kind and welcoming and accommodated us with essentials for our baby. We had everything we needed. This was such a special trip and memory for us. We would love to come back. Merci! 🙏

Simply amazing house - location , cleanliness, decor superb! Stroll to Royal Beach Club and public beaches and everything Antibes has to offer on the doorstep. Train connections great to explore Nice to Monaco and Cannes and boats to St Tropez from Golfe Juan 15 mins away - just perfect! 10/10 ⭐️

Patrick & Brigitte are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is as described, ideally located, close to the Estérel massif for nature lovers but also close to the sea for fresh breaks. It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

We have stayed in many different properties in France and this by far is our favourite and by far the most beautifully refurbished. The communication from Elodie and Kevin was fantastic and helpful . Check in was easy . The property was amazing . So Clean , so well equipped and so tasteful. We loved everything about it . Elodie and Kevin have thought about everything . I cannot recommend this property highly enough . My only concern about recommending it is that when I want to come back it will be fully booked . Thank you so much Kevin & Elodie we will be back . X X
