Fully renovated 25 m² one-bedroom apartment (T2) located on the ground floor, just 80 meters from the beach, in a quiet and family-friendly seaside resort. In Portiragnes, parking is free. The street is reserved for residents only and is one-way, ensuring peace and easy access. All shops are within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, fishmonger, tobacconist/newsagent, as well as restaurants and bars. Small dogs are accepted upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided.
