Everything has been said in the comments; the apartment is functional, well arranged, with large windows from which bright and sunny rooms, and a view of the sea that you don't get tired of. The balcony is very large. We spent a few days there in April, and the place was peaceful. Communication with Brigitte was smooth and friendly, and Brigitte is very accommodating on schedules, which is becoming quite rare. A good place!

Angelique's apartment is perfectly located. Right next to the Women's Abbey and close to the main attractions of Caen. To explore and get to know the city you don't need a car. Everything is walking distance. It is important to note that the unit is on a 4th floor and there is no elevator. Angelique's host is excellent, extremely attentive and her willingness greatly helped us resolve an issue with the rent of our vehicle. We are more than grateful for all your help and for making our stay truly unforgettable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking for our vehicle as there is no control over that and it was very complicated to be able to park the same. They should know that if they rent a vehicle it is very possible they do not have space to park it. Other than that, everything was excellent and we recommend this space for your visit to Caen and Normandy. We went to MT. San Michel, Étretat and D-Day sites.

Janine's apartment is in the center of Caen with ample parking available under the house or in the immediate vicinity. It is furnished and equipped with extreme care and good taste. It was a real pleasure for the eyes and comfort for sleep (very comfortable bed and fragrant sheets). If I had to go back to Caen (I hope very soon!) I would definitely come back here! Ophelie's place totally met our expectations. It is very beautiful, clean and in a secure residence. Ophelie was a very responsive and attentive host. I highly recommend it!
