First the quality of Karine's welcome: her responsiveness and kindness, then the location of the apartment which offered us a breathtaking show every morning and every evening, and finally the equipment and care given to the decor….. I wasn't aware this was part of a bed and breakfast- which was totally fine just wasn't aware that we were sharing the amenities. The house was beautiful- the property was beautiful! I was a little disappointed the access to the beach was no longer available. And the hot water was only enough for 1 shower for several hours and there were 4 of us . The host was very responsive. Because of the beauty of the property and the responsiveness I still give this stay 5 stars.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

Apartment in a great location, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you are in the center of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to vacationers, with attentions in the reception. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

Bright, pleasant apartment, in perfect condition and very well located. The sober colors are not chosen at random and reflect those of the region and the casino in particular. A reminder of the city's literary history with a mini-library. Nice background music on the day of our arrival in the local cafe. (But if you're looking for silence, the windows are new and insulating.) As a bonus, a baby seagull was taking its first steps on the roof opposite... A great weekend in Trouville-sur-mer!

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

Modern clean apartment, 50 metres from beach, comfy bed, secure parking, balcony with sea views. Quiet area and restaurants/bars nearby.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

Beautiful space and view. It was very warm so we slept on the sofa bed which was really wonderful! Slept wonderfully, I would definitely recommend this.
