There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

This was an amazing stay for us. The home was just as described. Actually better! Hot tub that was attached to heated pool was perfect. The pool powder room was a great detail. All the bedrooms were perfect. A bathroom attached to each of them was key. A great holiday break for our family. Thank you.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

The home was exquisite. Very quiet, peaceful and the pool and canal view was beautiful. The best vacation we have ever had. The host was friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We will contact CoralVilla’s for future vacations with our family.

Naveen and Carmen's home was beautiful. We loved the location. The home is located near a boat ramp, which was only about 2 min from the house. Englewood Beach was 7 minutes from the house. Manasota Beach was 16 minutes from the home and Venice Beach was 25 minutes away. There were also some local shops and restaurants located on Dearborn st (Word of Mouth was our favorite) that we really enjoyed. This home was well equipped. There was PLENTY of kitchen, bathroom, pool and beach supplies. Fun games to play as well. The home was extremely clean. While at this time there wasn't a cover over the pool, that was ok, the pool still managed to stay clean and beautiful. The driveway is large and U-Shaped. We were able to fit a SUV and Truck in the driveway. The truck also had a trailer with a pontoon boat on it which fit just fine in the driveway. Naveen was very responsive. We've stayed at several homes and this one was one of our top favorites. We'd definitely consider staying again.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

We went to the Airbnb for two birthdays and Father’s Day for our family of 10. Very spacious, beautiful living and outdoor area. Appreciated having all the little extras like paper goods, spices toiletries, etc. the pool area had all of the toys for the kids and they were so many beaches within minutes. Host was very responsive and timely. Only negative was 4th bedroom (bath) was not air conditioned. Kids just showered in the master, which was the size of three bathrooms.! Would definitely recommend this home and will be back again. PS kids loved the Zip Line!

Tucked away right on the water, the dockside views were absolutely stunning — mornings with coffee and sunsets with a drink felt like something out of a movie. The pool was clean, private, and the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a luxury retreat but with the warmth and comfort of home. Whether we were grilling by the dock, taking a dip, or just soaking up the peaceful vibes, every moment here was effortless and relaxing. Our host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. You can tell they truly care about your experience. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene waterfront escape. I’m already planning my next stay!

Debra’s house was perfect for our family we have fun in the pool.The hot tub at night was relaxing before bed.The house is very clean and outside space is beautiful. The home offered anything and everything we could want .Debra and Louis was a great host.I would recommend this Home to others.
