Diego is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with on Airbnb! He allowed a very flexible check in, he is wonderfully communicative and friendly, and very energetic. His country home is a labor of love, and perfect for a family to stay. Unique experience about 10 minutes outside Setenil de las Bodegas, as he has chickens, turtles, turkeys, and all manner of produce growing. The showers were hot, the beds comfortable, and the kitchens well stocked. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing. The one thing is about the third bedroom/loft; it is a VERY short ceiling, so our third couple (who are on the taller side) preferred to sleep on the sofa bed. Would certainly recommend Diego’s home to anyone and would return.

A real wonder, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the environment. It is a privilege to have breakfast on a terrace overlooking the mountains, lunch on the roofed terrace with a wonderful gas barbecue, snack by the pool, and dinner looking at the fireplace. Everything was very clean and very complete in amenities. The access road may seem complicated, but it was in very good condition despite the rains. Ramona was a very good host.

Super nice and quiet place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great and contributed to the relaxation. Communication was flawless. Very clean and everything you need was there. Kitchen fully equipped and a basic set of spices, oils and cleaning agents was also provided.

Angel and Rocio are perfect hosts. Despite the language barrier, communication online went perfectly. Rocio responded immediately. They were also very helpful! The cottage fully complies with the description. The garden and the area is beautiful. When the sun shines and you can sit outside, it's a paradise. We stayed here for the whole month of February. We were lucky with the beautiful weather and in combination with the wood stove it was always pleasantly warm. For walks and groceries you always need the car.

This place was amazing. As soon as I booked it Eyal was super responsive with answers to questions I didn’t even know I had yet. This setup was exactly what we had in mind for a quick weekend getaway to relax. Everything you might need is a 20min trip down the mountain which is not bad at all. And you are right in between Malaga and Granada, so the possibilities for the rest of your trip are endless

The house is great for families and groups,the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We had a good stay,the pool was great, they took care of us very well,and thanks to the fact that they brought us a lighter to light the barbecue, and we forgot,very grateful for that detail. Thank Jose Luis for his flexibility on the way out,we were with kids and it was great. 100% recommended.

Very cozy stay. In the middle of nature to disconnect from everything. Close to Antequera and with a spectacular setting. Antonio, the host, is charming and very attentive. The house is very clean and with all the amenities. We had a very good weekend. Totally recommended. We will be back.

Beautiful place, with a clear amount of personal attention to decor and amenities. Very cozy. Absolutely recommended. The kitchen is equipped with everything, which also makes cooking yourself attractive. Some moisture/mold spots due to the rock. Be mindful of narrow, steep streets in the village, making it better for you to drive around to get there.

The house is perfect, super comfortable and has everything we need. We couldn't take advantage of the pool because it was not hot, but it was spotless and super careful. Everything you need to live a few days quietly. The location is fine, because it is secluded for tranquility, but only 5 minutes from El Chorro and that's comfortable. Many nice areas in the house to be resting. Good grilling area and sun loungers. All of us charm! Recommended ;)

This rental is even more beautifull than the pictures show. Located high into the andalusian mountains , very secluded and private. I do suggest renting a SUV type car considering the mountainous environment. The villa was absolutely spotless and very well equiped to make your stay a very comfortable one. The house has 2 fireplaces, one inside and one outside with a grill attached to it. Jose supplied lots of excellent dry wood for these fireplaces. Jose the owner is one of the best hosts we've ever had . He met us at 02.45 in the morning to help us find the villa. He brought us cakes from a nearby bakery. Brought fruits. Gave lots of relevant tips and really cared about our stay and wellbeing. Gave us wood for the fireplace for free. Was extremely responsive when we messaged him, a very kind and caring person we were quite impressed. All in all this rental was a great experience, and we loved every minute of our stay there. We really enjoyed our stay in still cozy cabin with an amazing view! The hosts are incredibly nice and provided tips for the area. One of our goals for the trip was birdwatching and the Bee-Eaters flew right over the cabin!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The location to some tourist points such as Ronda or the Caminito del Rey was great, the terraces of the property and the pool great. Also inside the house is equipped with attention to detail, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Thank you very much for the great time!

This tiny house is an absolute gem. Perfect base camp if you are looking to enjoy the epic hikes around: within short driving distance of hikes starting point, quiet and peaceful for after adventure rest, magic garden, outside eating area with views is another kind of magic. All amenities: much appreciated instant hot water, air conditioning, parking, equipped kitchen. 🙌

Very nice house with a fireplace in a olive and orange plantation. Gerardo was very fast on replying and very friendly. The place was very peaceful with no houses around and with some close distance to Malaga and other places to visit. A recommend if you want to visit the real Spanish countryside.
