Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

Apt great to spend days of rest next to nature. The apt has almost everything you need…if you are cooking, keep in mind to take everything, absolutely everything. Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

We were in a group of friends counting 14 people. We loved the stay and especially the location. The very large and very good house. We enjoyed it a lot. We no longer take advantage of constant rain beads, and that this hindered a little until our overnight stay due to a few leaks in two bedrooms. Plus this is not a big deal that can't be solved. It is only necessary to make some repairs to the roof of the house (due to some leaks and everything will be solved! ) Very kind Leonardo, from the act of the reservation, to the checkout, polite and very helpful . Too many good people, have always been agile in communication. Just in having the house foot in the sand and the ocean view says it all! Everything was great and it was well worth it! We even showered with rains, we made the most and the most of it . And we will definitely be back again! Not to mention the homemade Mr Almir who was also very kind to the whole class. I recommend it whenever necessary! We love everything! It was really nice! We'll be back !

The house was very good, it had several kitchen utensils, everything was very clean when we arrived, we went in a group of 14 people and we settled in very well. There was a little problem with the water but it was resolved, what we missed was the wifi, but other than that was all very good, it's worth it for 🥰 sure we'll be back soon

The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. Our stay was excellent, the house of Dona Maria is close to several grocery stores and snack bars, among other local shops. To get to the beach is just cross the street, get a little bit and you're already on the beach. The house is on the second floor, but they are not long stairs, they are short trechinhos. I liked it a lot, especially the fact that there are many drains around the house, for those who travel with children and dogs is essential for cleaning. There were also a lot taken by the house, which is very useful, nor do we need to use the extensions we had taken. Dona Maria gave us several tips of restaurants and snack bars. There were many types of fruit trees, and a lot of fruit options in place: mango, cashew, pine, saputi, coconut, carambola, acerola, lemon, among others, it was just a pity that was not in their season, only the sleeves we could eat, the others were too green or were not sprouting. We still got some casjus and we made a little s**k. I loved the space of Mrs. Maria. I recommend it.

These were wonderful days. Mônica is a very kind host and always available. The apt that she made available to us is organized, very clean and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The place is quite ventilated and even to sleep without air conditioning and has an incredible view. The condominium is quiet with a very good pool but that needs a deeper cleaning in the grooves because it joins, but nothing that will hinder a good bath. My daughter liked the game room, playground and played a lot in the area. The janitor responsible for the condominium, Fernando, is super good people, available and polite. A 10 for him. A point that can improve is in relation to the shower in the 1st floor bathroom that opens the tap and the shower from the bottom of the water is missing or it is very weak and the refrigerator that needs maintenance because it is not cooling efficiently. I intend to return at another time because I felt very safe and comfortable.

Beautiful and calm place, well reserved, for those looking for tranquility is great. The extremely organized and clean flat, very cozy, beautiful and very quiet. The reception has no defects, we received the information of everything, signs of tour, restaurants, where to order food and even from drivers, where the last one for us in particular was great since we were not by car. Everything I needed in the room was arranged, it was very worth it and for sure I will go again.
