Large House for Leisure and Rest

Beautiful house on the south coast of PB, ideal for leisure and rest where nature is almost intact, surrounded by beautiful beaches, cliffs, rivers and mangroves. Less than 200 meters from the sea, with paradisiacal beaches, away from the noise and pollution of the cities, the biggest sound comes from the sea, which in the silence of the night the tide seems to hit in front of the house. As you do not have an option on this site to include the energy rate, I must inform you that I assume 12 kWh/day, which I pass on to guests checking in.

It has a large lawn, with an infinity pool (whirlpool and waterfall) and a support area. The house is very cozy, in a great location, with a very quiet neighborhood. It is a great option for traveling with family, a group of friends or couples. It has Wi-Fi!

EXCELLENT property to spend amazing days with family and friends. Mr Jessen very attentive as well as the housekeeper Mr Djalma. We plan to come back as soon as possible.

It was 4 quiet and well accommodated days. Spacious, well-organized, clean house with a wonderful leisure area! The kids had a lot of fun and so did we. I highly recommend it!

The house was very good, it had several kitchen utensils, everything was very clean when we arrived, we went in a group of 14 people and we settled in very well. There was a little problem with the water but it was resolved, what we missed was the wifi, but other than that was all very good, it's worth it for 🥰 sure we'll be back soon

Veronica is wonderful! Always available. The house is great, clean and organized . The spotless gourmet space. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. A good experience. Only 1 room without air conditioning, with the warmth it was doing was a little uncomfortable. But nothing that makes it impossible to stay .

An excellent family experience! Dona Sônia's house is exactly as the photos show, she is always available to receive us and meet our needs. The county left the contaat9 of a person who could also watch us. We were with children who loved the spacious terrace and the nets for the afternoon nap. It was a breath for everyone. All clean environments, kitchen with pots and basics utensils needed to serve the family, including a barbecue environment that was a party. Like heat, the air conditioning was missing in some rooms, but nothing the fans didn't solve! We want to go back!

The house was clean and organized to welcome us, with pampering and bedding. Espaçosa is in a peaceful and easy to access location. Roberto responds quickly and we also had Paula who was always available to ask questions and assist.

The house is great, it has everything you need for a stay, besides being wide and airy, as described in the listing. It is very close to the sea, commercial establishments and has a quiet neighborhood. The host was also very considerate when asked. My family and I plan to come back for sure.
