We were in a group of friends counting 14 people. We loved the stay and especially the location. The very large and very good house. We enjoyed it a lot. We no longer take advantage of constant rain beads, and that this hindered a little until our overnight stay due to a few leaks in two bedrooms. Plus this is not a big deal that can't be solved. It is only necessary to make some repairs to the roof of the house (due to some leaks and everything will be solved! ) Very kind Leonardo, from the act of the reservation, to the checkout, polite and very helpful . Too many good people, have always been agile in communication. Just in having the house foot in the sand and the ocean view says it all! Everything was great and it was well worth it! We even showered with rains, we made the most and the most of it . And we will definitely be back again! Not to mention the homemade Mr Almir who was also very kind to the whole class. I recommend it whenever necessary! We love everything! It was really nice! We'll be back !

The house is a dream!! Beautiful, huge, sensational decor, a space more cozy than the other, a paradise!! All rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, cookware, anything you need. The only bad thing in the place is the lack of transportation, there is no Uber, taxi is expensive, I advise you to go with your own car or rented. Overall, we loved it, we didn't want to leave!!

The hosting was wonderful. Beautiful, clean, compact and super cozy apartment. I hope I can return with my family again. I highly recommend it.

Local Wonderful, Super recommend ! It is located on the north coast of João Pessoa for those who want to know the wonderful beaches of coconut, also, beautiful beach, etc. Resort is inside a fully booked condominium the Bungalow is extremely private and super comfortable, perfect indication for nature lovers as it is a mixture of chacara with river and beach.

Very good the apartment of Nilza, great value, has 2 double beds and a sofa bed which makes it even more comfortable, I recommend with eyes closed. It has all the utensils to make food and also has full bedding.

The house is much better than the listing, everything you need in a beach house, great location, the owner totally accessible, excellent homestay, highly recommend it!!!

The cottage is wonderful... Very cozy, close to everything, the sea, river, bars, just as Salete said... They were two incredible ones, perfect to take the kids and not worry...

Francisco was helpful and always responded to us quickly from the first interaction to the last. Super polite, gave us tips about our stay to make the most of the trip. The space is very tasteful and it was noticeable to see the care that Francisco prepares the house to receive us. Everything was organized and smelling. We used the gazebo to make a barbecue and it worked out great. The towels and bed linens were impeccable, as were the kitchen utensils. The experience was wonderful. Without a doubt, my family and I will be back More times!

Just as I expected. Large house, clean, organized and ventilated. It has a very welcoming green area, the swimming pool receives sunlight for much of the day, leaving it slightly heated. Garagem for 3 cars. Spacious rooms. Well-equipped BBQ area with a nice wooden table for get-togethers. Internet Wi-Fi worked super well throughout the house. Cellphone Signal does not work. The gps leads to the exact location without any difficulty. The surrounding area is very strange at night. The ideal is to go with a lot of people to give more security. Se would come back? With ctz!

Excellent house, extremely organized, with clean bed linens and towels. House with all the kitchen utensils available. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. And we loved the treat left by the host, which was a basket of chocolates. I'll be back for sure. I highly recommend it.

Easy to locate, very close to the beach, with a small bar right in front, beach good for bathing and playing sports. Mercadinho two blocks away. Patricial is always attentive and responds quickly to all questions!
