The location is very nice, you are out, and, on the beach, the view is stanning as you see all the building among the beach from your balcony. It is between two beaches and located on Maluf Hill. The building is very unique and tiny with one long and big apartment on each floor. Check in was smooth and it is very convenient that it is a face identification to unlock building entry door. Restaurants, pharmacy, market all is in walking distance. The apartment definitely needs some maintenance but in general it does not bother you too much during the stay. Rita was super attentive and very helpful. It was very strange to me that there is no hot water in the kitchen, but it is very common in Brazil. On the beach there are a lot of food carts that offer chairs and umbrella with no cost, you pay just for food ordering. We definitely had a very good time, and we will have nice and warm memories about this place.

One of the best I've ever rented. Very complete! Wonderful sea view from all rooms and balcony, brand new apartment, extremely comfortable beds and sofas, pillows, super soft bed and bath linens, we don't use the car for anything because everything is nearby. Helpful hosts, polite and proactive staff. It really deserved 5 stars, I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing.
