Marinês, a super attentive person, helped us in what was needed, the educated, helpful condominium employees, the beautiful apartment, extremely organized, and a beautiful view facing the sea ! Had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the stay and all the hospitality of the hosts. Well-located space and building, with restaurants, bakeries and markets nearby. Close to the main beaches of Guarujá and Centro. I recommend it to those who want to get out of the routine a little.

Great location, everything is close, market, shopping. The building staff are very friendly, with beach service, they take the chairs to the beach. The apartment is gorgeous, with a wonderful sea view.

We liked it very much, everything is close by, we didn't use a car at all, we did everything on foot, excellent location! Super functional and cozy apt. We really like Denilson's pizzeria two blocks behind the building. It was all great, I recommend it!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.
