The apartment is just like the pictures, great location, many options for restaurants, cafes and markets nearby, ideal for those who want to walk without the need for transportation. Exactly what I was looking for. About the accommodation, comfortable, clean, ventilated (I didn't even use air conditioning). Kitchen equipped for those that like to cook. Finally, what I liked most is that the host took the time to leave hand towels, liquid soap and toilet paper in the toilets, a very clean dish towel, cleaning products for maintenance (those who are concerned with cleanliness, cleaning and organization will understand the reason for these notes, after all we want to feel at home even on airbnb). In addition, all communication was clear and objective. We'll be back!

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.

I highly recommend it, extremely clean place, great location, beach service is very worthwhile, everyone in the building is very helpful, I will definitely be back, we didn't need to take the car out of the garage for anything.

The apartment was clean, large, spacious and comfortable rooms, everything working very well, really 50 meters from the beach, there is a market, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants very close, I didn't need to use the car for anything, swimming pool with well-kept water, an ice machine that helps a lot, wonderful beach service, anyway, everything was very good, I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back, Izabela was very proactive, she responded very quickly and gave us a lot of attention. The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
