Just half mile from the M40 and Ridgeway ancient track. Many buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and pretty patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Car parking on drive. External auto light sensors. No smoking please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!!

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this little retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Small Heated Residential Studio with En Suite set in a secluded and private area of my garden, just off the lovely historic high street - with stunning range of Independent Shops yet only minutes walk from beautiful Chilterns countryside all around and only 5 minutes walk from The Ridgeway. Henley on Thames, Oxford, Wallingford and Thame are all within easy distance as are the many picturesque surrounding villages. Watlington is a beautiful small town said to be the smallest in England!

The Annex, Northend.

We loved our stay at the Annex. It was perfect for our 4 nights and both of us wanted to stay longer. It was wonderfully quiet and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy and bathroom has a good shower. The beautiful woodlands and countryside around are immediately accessible out of the side gate by the entrance of the Annex. We had some delightful walks and explorations during our time. I 100% recommend a stay here - a divine English countryside experience. Andrew was responsive, easy going and gracious. We loved the dogs too! We would love to return next year.

The barn is located within a short drive to Henley. There are two good country food/ pubs within walking distance. The barn was spotlessly clean & well equipped. Ashling is a great host, special touches like leaving milk, bottled water, tea bags for our arrival, making sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. Thank you Ashling for the perfect stay.

Peaceful Studio in Rural Location

Very tranquil and rustic place to stay. Perfect for a retreat away from it all. Right on the edge of the nature reserve so nice circular walks and runs along the lane. It’s very rural and a good drive from main road so you won’t bump into anyone or anything other than the pheasants and horse riders. Take wellies/walking boots as can get muddy. Had a lovely stay thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing flat in Reading. The pictures don’t do the flat justice! The decor and furniture helped create an incredibly warm and cozy home feel! The flat was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you’d want. Additionally the communication from Lizzie and Cent prior to the booking and during the entire stay was phenomenal. Looking forward to coming back ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Without question, one of the loveliest Airbnb experiences that we've been lucky enough to have. Superb location, perfect balance of privacy and access to things, fantastic hiking trails, and access to fab dining options. Jane's cottage has a chilled vibe and is a wonderful escape and hideaway. Delightfully cosy and highly functional (we were both on constant video calls without a single wifi drop). Jane was communicative and proactive, offering flexibility for both check-in and check-out out which was appreciated. Jane had recommended the Crooked Billet for a dining experience, and we went 4 times during our stay; highly recommended. A high-quality tranquil haven that's 15 minutes from Henley-on-Thames. Thank you Jane - can't wait to see that Mustang live! :-)
