Recreational cottage at the top of the bay on the Orlická dam near the village of Nevězice. Ideal place for fishing, hiking, mushroom picking and relaxation in the quiet nature. There is a fireplace, grill, garden furniture and canoe with paddles on the property. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, bathroom, dining room with living room and fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. My name is Bára Ratajová and I live in a house in a quiet street in the center of Písek with my husband and two children. When you pass a spacious passage of our house, there is a garden divided into two separate parts. In one part, there is a ground floor house – Dům v zahradě. Its location and layout offers plenty of privacy and comfort and it is just around the corner from the city center.
