We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

We offer an apartment on the 1st floor of a house near the historical center of Písek with an area of 60 m2 for up to 6 people. The apartment has: a large bedroom with two double beds, a large kitchen with one double bed, a covered veranda and terrace, complete kitchen equipment including electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, private bathroom with bathtub and toilet. All rooms are accessed from the hall, through which the staircase used by the guests of the second attic apartment passes. The apartment is not barrier-free.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Many turistic and bike lines go through the village. You can spend many days just chilling there and go to the trips around. The cabin is comfortable with all you need for cooking. You can make the fire in firering and there is the grill, too. The WC is inside the cabin and the comfortable solar shower on the garden. Dogs permitted.
