English/Portuguese/Spanish House for up to 2 people, with direct exit to the beach, located in one of the most privileged places of Barra da Lagoa, which is already considered one of the best beaches in Florianópolis! House located 20 seconds from beach!!! Ideal for backpackers, surfers, adventurers, couples looking for peace or fun, as the region provides several types of activities! Close to restaurants, markets, a bus stop and general commerce. The house has a kitchenette with all the utensils you will need to have a basic meal. Access to the room is done by a small staircase located in the kitchen. The bathroom has a great turbo electronic shower for a comfortable bath. Room with Wi-Fi and AC. The access to the house is through a private entrance shared with other houses present on the land. The house is located on the second floor next to another house that is also rented. The exit to the beach is shared with the other properties on the land. We have parking without coverage. We have dogs on the property. The host is always available for any questions, help, or suggestion during your stay ;)
