Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pirates Beach

Beautiful home! My family loved the space, my son loved the fun touches in the house. Very neat, and tidy. Pool was nice, and we felt rested! Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Quick two night stay and everything was lovely! Bedroom stayed dark so we got some extra zzzzz’s! Walkable to The Strand. Beautiful place!

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

This was our second stay with Fernando! We really enjoyed our visit, and staying are looking forward to coming back next year.

If you’re trying to feel right at home with a beautiful view of the beach this place is definitely for you! Me and my family enjoyed staying here! The host had a lot of recommendations and was super friendly! I would recommend!!

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Thank you Valerie for sharing your lovely home and making our stay stress free.

Awesome place and exceptional hosts! Place is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and good pool area. Hosts communicate well and are very responsive. Great location to attractions and restaurants without being in the middle of the commotion. Highly recommend this property!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's Place. The location was easy to find and the code to get into the home was easy to remember. It was nice to know that our dogs were welcomed and we all enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the park across the street. We had easy access to all of the things that we had planned to do in Houston. Whenever we had questions, Andrew responded quickly. We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Houston area.

This house was perfect for our family of four + dog! The spacious yard is a plus. The kids enjoyed the hot tub every day, sometimes twice a day! The beach is so close and private. It was not crowded at all. The beds were very comfy and nice big shower! We felt it was a prime location being 10-20 mins from shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel homey and private! Christy is a great host and we hope to book again in the future.

We enjoyed a great week at Marta's over spring break. She made things very easy. The house was perfect for us and our four young kids and an easy walk to the beach. Both the gas grill and the beach wagons were put to good use, and the sound of the ocean (esp. at night) was a constant calming presence. For the birder in me, it's a 5 minute drive from a Lafitte's Cove, where we saw egrets, spoonbills, cormorants, ducks, gallinules, and herons.

Overall had a great stay! A few things to note for future b&bers: The only staircase is a black spiral staircase, which was a little difficult for our older family members to manage. The cooking utensils/food storage is a bit on the sparse side, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking/having leftovers, you may want to bring some cheap plastic Tupperware! The bbq grill/beach gear leaves a lot to be desired! It has definitely seen the wear and tear of previous guests. Which isn’t a big deal, but not something to depend on using without some TLC. Overall our stay was amazing. It’s a dream location with amazing beach access. The beds were phenomenal, and I will miss how comfortable it was. Shannon was an amazing host and left fresh flowers and apothecary items for us leaving the whole place smelling amazing our whole visit. I would absolutely recommend Mermaid manor to anyone visiting the area!

Even though it rained all week the Air Conditioning and TV’s were perfect. For a rental the kitchen was stocked with great cookware and dishes. And 2 different kinds of coffee pots. We also loved all the games and puzzles. Very roomy place. And you take dogs. My little cocker was happy except when we went to the beach with out him. His name is Booger.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The walk to the beach was so close. My kids really enjoyed the patio, the outdoor shower, and rode their scooters on the driveway under the house. The house was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was beautiful. The location and proximity to the beach was great. It was well stocked with everything we could have needed and very clean. They have everything you could need for the beach too. The kids had fun playing with all of the outdoor games. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay!

Haven’t slept that well in years!!! The beds are so comfortable! Very clean, cozy and warm. Kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach was quick and the view was great! The deck is huge and we loved spending time out there. The kids especially loved the sweet breakfast nook. Perfect stay!

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. We wish we didnt have to leave, but definitely enjoyed the visit! Thanks Jamie and Vince for such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The heated pool, and quick and easy access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! Loved having a balcony overlooking the pool and able to see the beach as well so our teenager was able to roam independently while we kept an eye on him. Also close to the Seawall and Moody Gardens and a lot of delicious places to eat. Will definitely like to book again in the future!

Walking distance to the beach! Across the street are Seawall stairs. Everything was so clean and well stocked. The ac felt great after a long day swimming. Very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights (5people) we were impressed with the cleanliness. There were plenty of towels, laundry worked well as did the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. Only thing that would have been nice were some mixing bowls or tupperware/baking dishes. House was stocked with decent quality toilet paper, paper towels laundry detergent, dish soap, plenty of trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. The view is gorgeous and Jeff was very kind on the phone when I called to adjust my reservation to include more people. Would highly recommend this spot. The game room was helpful since the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit. The staff in the office was very friendly as well. Thanks Jeff!

The only negative I can say about it is that the street between the condo unit and the beach is quite busy and noisy, but we knew the street was there from the pictures so we weren’t surprised.

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

Love the place . Right in front of the beach, its my 2nd time renting from her and i love it. Last time it was more of a pool view and beach was a little away but this time the beach was right in front. Loved it! I think she has 3 different kind of condos there but this one so far was the BEST!! The view was Amazing!

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.
