Monthly Rentals in Pirates Beach

We stayed here with three little kids (age 3-6) - so this will be the chaos family review! Pros: - bunk beds are well secured and safe for all ages - well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to make mac and cheese and cut up 4 dozen pieces of fruit (kids, am I right?!) - the layout was perfect with the primary suite upstairs - the beach is MUCH closer than we expected and there were about 8 million beach toys and two wagons in the garage - outdoor shower was amazing for de-sanding wiggling kiddos covered in ice cream - safe, walkable neighborhood - hammock was an absolute favorite - unscented laundry detergent for sensitive skin Cons: - there are quite a lot of decorative elements in the house which was challenging to manage with a toddler. He (miraculously) didn’t break anything but did develop a bedtime routine of kissing a large iron seahorse goodnight. - the neighborhood ice cream truck drives past the house at 8:30pm - after dark and bedtime.

Beautiful, clean beach house with all the amenities you could need. The golf cart was a huge plus for beach trips and exploring. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve stayed in several beach houses around the Galveston area. This was by far my best experience!! The house the location was more than we could ask for. We are used to bringing a lot of things with use when we go to beach houses, but this time was different, the house was fully equipped, including even spices!!! There were even special serving sets for babies!!! Everything you have at your own home, Megan’s house had it and more!!!

Fabulous place!!! It definitely fit our needs we had a great relaxing girls weekend! A nice walk to the beach or if you don’t want to walk there you can drive down the street to park right on the beach! The neighborhood was quiet you could hear the waves at night! We definitely had a blast and are looking forward to booking with Sand N Sea again.
