Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Dear future guests. We have furnished this apartment in the hyper center to receive our children and their families for a few weeks a year. We live in the building and will be available for any concerns, but we promise to be discreet. it is a living space designed as a main residence, with everything you need to cook, maintain laundry, cultivate yourself (books, comics, TV with Netflix subscriptions, OCS, Canal+, Disney+), board games, toys for children...

Charming studio located close to the owners' house but completely independent. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside with all the necessary amenities. You can walk freely in the garden, but it is a common area in which you may have to cross paths with the owners. For your information, the network is rather bad (it depends on the operators) and the wifi often plays tricks on us.
