My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x190; 1 bedroom with a three-quarter bed (120x190) + 1 single bunk bed; 1 living room with sofa bed + full kitchen; 1 bathroom with shower . As you can see from the photos, the apartment and terrace have an unobstructed sea view. The apartment is inside a historic residence from 1929 "Villa L’Hermite".

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Vista Meraviglia

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED A TOURIST TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EVERY NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment for the total nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.

The Baratti Cottage

A few meters from the sea, nestled in a park of tall maritime pines and vibrant tamarisks, is the Villino di Baratti. In one glance, the greens of the Mediterranean scrub are revealed with its nature trails, and the blues of the sea in a breath of brackish transparent waters… a truly unique place.
