Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Vista Mare e Castello

A comfortable and panoramic apartment perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea while located in the historical part of Piombino, close to many restaurants, cafes, shops and the beautiful piazza Bovio. The apartment is newly renovated and situated on the first floor. The kitchen is full of light with a small terrace overlooking the sea and the isle of Elba. On the rear the courtyard offers instead a charming glimpse of the nearby castle. Free parking is available nearby.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped driveway inside a holm oak forest. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
