Apartment vacation rentals in Piombino

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with Marco, Mauro and Lucia as a young family. The apartment is beautifully located in nature in a small village in the Chianti area. It was very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and forest. The tennis court is a great addition, the swimming pool was still closed for the stay (early April; but it would have been too cold) By car, it is a perfect starting point to get to know the Chianti area, be it the towns and villages, the wine, the cuisine or the history.

Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and bicycles to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. Every morning, we woke up to this enchanting landscape, and every evening, we wound down with it, making our two-week stay feel truly magical. Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Paola is a great host! Everything was clean and perfect and the view was breathtaking! I 100% recommend!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.
