This property is in a 700 m2 plot, the house is 200 m2 distributed in three floors. It has the rooms below: 40 m2 living room and dining room. Complete kitchen. Two complete bathrooms. 1 bedroom in the first floor with a double bed and a big closet. 2 rooms in the second floor with closets and exit to a big terrace. One of them has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. Attic with two single beds and a sofa-bed. All the rooms have A/C (cool and heat). WIFI, TV-HD, TDT and SAT (decoder not included) You can park 2-3 cars in the property.
