Monthly Rentals in Pinheiral

Good afternoon, we spent our Carnival at the Flat da Letícia (Hosta) prq. We wanted a quieter location and that had local activities beyond the Parque da Aldeia das águas for our two children, a very appropriate place and I already know the place to go every year, it was easier to understand the space, more I recommend a lot and everything was very good, the weather was perfect for our trip to the Village Park and tbm to enjoy the swimming pool of the Quartier, I appreciate your attention and all the way given by the Host of Flat.

The stay was quiet, good to rest. Our intention was to stay close to the Aldeia das Águas park to walk around, which was achieved. Too bad the exits to the park from inside the hotel were blocked, making it necessary to go through the main entrance on the street. But it's a quiet and quick walk. The hotel has amenities for a good family rest. The apartment meets basic needs, despite not having a stove, you can prepare quick snacks in the microwave and air fryer. There's not much to do on the outskirts of the city, just the park.

The space exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained, clean, new and fragrant bedding and towels. It has a kitchen with utensils and appliances that perfectly meet our needs. Having space to store the car was a differential too. The hosts, Luís and Maria, gave us excellent service, super friendly, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We'll definitely stay back in town.

Quiet stay, good location with varied shops around. There's a restaurant across the street that's delicious! Gerson was great at communicating, I highly recommend him!
