The location of the villa is quiet and offers a wonderful vacation for the whole family and company. Near the ferry port for Cres and Rab.

The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
