Rm201 SingingSprings (Waterfront,Hottub,PrivBath)

I’m a regular at Singing Springs. Same peaceful oasis as ever; Jack is very accommodating. I haven’t had a delicious home-cooked breakfast at any other Airbnb. I was sad not to have Mom with me but she’s coming tomorrow. ❤️
A modern spice rack is positioned on a granite countertop, featuring a rotating design with containers labeled for various spices. The rack stands beside a stainless steel stove, with light tiles creating a subtle backdrop. Salt and pepper shakers are prominently placed at the top.

CloudPointe Retreat

This place was awesome the views are incredible and the privacy was like nowhere else. As long as you have 4wd and don’t mind some steps this is a perfect place for couples. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Kevin was even proactive in letting us know the power had went out before we got there and then immediately let us know it was back on. This place really is a hidden gem and you are within 15-30 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Eastham Guesthouse

CindiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Eastham Guesthouse is a real gem. Tanner & Megan were extremely responsive and helpful. The place was like our home away from home. It has a full kitchen with every amenity needed. It’s only a 15-minute drive from downtown Charlottesville. It’s the perfect getaway for visiting wineries or for UVA parents visiting their child on campus. You won’t be disappointed.
A serene evening scene captures a house softly illuminated by window light amidst a misty backdrop. A playset stands in the grassy yard, while a circular stone fire pit is visible in the foreground, creating a tranquil setting surrounded by nature.

Campo Cibola - Breeze

AlexandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
From the moment I set foot on the property my heart skipped a beat. Everything about our stay was a perfect. The cabin was clean and cozy. All the practical things comfortable bed, cold ac, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, comfy couch, big windows for taking in the peaceful surroundings and watching the bison. Getting into town was an easy 15min drive if you wish. But I never wanted to leave. I could not have wished for a better view of the bison. I watched them come out into the pasture every morning, sun bathe, munch on grass, roll in the dirt, and retire up the hill each evening. This was the most amazingly relaxing couple of days and more than I could have dreamed. I cannot wait to return.

Wine Country Cottage

TammyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I can’t say enough positive remarks about Kristie and her cottage! She keeps in touch if you have questions. It is an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to spend time with family. The screened in porch is so peaceful, the beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen sparkly clean. Nice little coffee station with snacks. We visited Barboursville Vineyards for wine sampling and charcuterie, had yummy dinners at the Exchange Cafe just a mile from the cottage and the Mellow Mushroom (delicious pizza and Greek salad) which is about 30 minutes away near UVA campus. Went for a guided tour of Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, highly recommend a guided tour and spend as much time as you can there, lots to see. We were in town from Michigan for my son’s Masters graduation from UVA. It worked out perfectly, an easy 30 minute drive to campus. Hope to come back out to this area again and would definitely stay here again!
A mare stands beside her young foal in a grassy pasture, surrounded by trees. A person is crouched down, engaging with the foal. A black wooden fence lines the area, complementing the serene rural environment.
